Should I take a pregnancy test?

The past 3 days I've felt like I was going to throw up but never did til this morning. I've noticed some clear "fluids" coming from one of my nipples not a lot like the size of the tip of a pen and I've been tired a lot more it seems like. I start my period in 4 days. My partner and I just started trying this month. Do I wait for my period or so I take a test?!
