The urge to test is killing me!

I natural and no-complication miscarriage around 5 weeks on November 6th. Because my dr said there was no reason to wait before trying again and according to EWCM and OPKs I finally ovulated sometime late last week or early this week, DH and I had sex almost every day the weekend/week (and about every other day before that). Yesterday I had some lower back pain and later in the day some mild breast discomfort. Today they have been sensitive and sometimes tingly/achy throughout the day and I had some minor lower back pain and super light cramping on my way in to work this morning. I so badly want to take a pregnancy test but I would think it is still way too early and would only crush what hope I have.
