Miscarriage at 18wks

I just found out the reason I had a miscarriage was because of a subchorionic hemorrhage. I didn’t even know I had it until after my baby died. I feel like the doctors neglected me and didn’t tell me what was going on. I was bleeding from 12 weeks all the way till the end and they just kept saying “it’s just regular bleeding no need to worry some women bleed throughout their pregnancy” even pathology couldn’t find anything wrong with the baby. It just hurts and makes me feel like if I was on bed rest I could’ve still been pregnant and my baby girl would’ve been growing 😭😭😭
