Sexual frustration

I am a virgin and never been in any sort of a relationship. I feel really sexually frustrated and I don’t know I just want to be doing it all the time. I have no idea what to do since I had a little thing going on with a friend and now he’s behaving a little weird too lately. Along with all this there’s a lot of anxiety issues and depression and I just can’t deal with everything. Any advice??
