Elvie breast pump

I gave birth to my daughter 4/24/21 & for about a week I was in and out of the hospital having different issues & being a first time mom didn't think about pumping we just gave our baby formula & now she can still latch but my supply's been low & we were still learning & adjusting & now I'm getting the elvie breast pump tomorrow & I'm wondering if it helped anyone to boost milk supply? I've also been drinking mother's milk tea and pumping when I can. They say to nurse but I feel bad because I pumped so I know I'm only making 1oz & that's from both breasts combined. So she eats what she can from me then gets upset & cries so I make a bottle of formula because shes hungry.
