Cervix open??

I’m 14w and I’ve been having mild pelvic pressure all day. Almost 2 weeks ago I had a SCH bleed and it’s been 6 days since I’ve bled. Today, I had some thick discharge that was tinted pink and brown. Throughout the whole day. I have been using some prescribed medicine that you use an applicator and put it in vagina for yeast infection. It ha hurt the last few days I did it so today I felt in with it to make sure I did it right and my cervix felt SUPER soft and a tad bit open. Different than normal. I don’t know if I should be concerned and talk to doctor or see if this just goes away. Thoughts please
