Early Labor Signs? 38 Weeks

I’m a FTM at 38 weeks and have been having diarrhea a few times a day for the past 3 days. Last night I had horrible cramping for about 15 -20 minutes and the baby was moving NON STOP for about 1.5 hours. Like she has never moved so much before, it was very strange. I did have some very spicy Indian food for dinner so maybe that’s the culprit? On top of that, I’ve been having major emotional mood swings out of nowhere the last two days. Mood swings haven’t really been an issue for me until now.

I know all of these can be regular pregnancy symptoms, but I’m just curious if anyone experienced this shortly before labor? I was checked last week and I was 70 percent effaced but no dilation.
