TTC with Multiple Sclerosis

I’m curious if anyone else is TTC & also has RRMS or any form of MS. I know it “can” happen, but I don’t know how difficult it is. I also have PCOS, so planning around meds Will be tough. I was diagnosed in March and have not yet started medication.
