Are these conditions implies that this man has erectile disfunction issue?
1. Very very low or no sex drive at all.
2. While coming on top of a women he couldn’t maintain hard but when laying on his back managing to get hard.
3. Not able to insert into vagina since his penis gets loosen when he comes on top.
4. But sperms are healthy with good mobility

We are in a similar situation. I’m hoping I can convince my husband to go to the Dr. Soon. It’s worse when I’m on top though . Doggy is best for us. I feel like he doesn’t want sex anymore because he is struggling and I don’t want to pressure him. We also have a baby and I found it extremely difficult even while pregnant because my sex drive was high.  
I wonder what types of medications or natural things there are to help?

It could be but also there could be other factors.
1. Too much porn/ masterbating.
2. Too much stress/ pressure.
3. Could be cheating.
4. Too tired.

Honestly this sounds like PIED (porn induced erectile dysfunction) they are very similar but because of the fact that he can stay hard laying on his back, it makes me feel like there’s probably a reason for that, most guys jack off like that. 
BUT not everything involves porn, have that discussion with him and then if he isn’t even watching porn I’d say yes 100% that’s ED.
