Idk what’s going on. Diarrhea now bloody discharge on panty?

Saturday I ate and had diarrhea about 30 minutes after so I took pepto. Yesterday I ate and about 2 hrs later I had diarrhea again and took 2 anti diarrhea pills.

Today I finally ate a nacho lunchable (don’t come at me them things smack!! 😂) & I used the rr to find blood on my panties. I’m not supposed to start my period for another 9 days from now. I had sex on the 12th and my predicted ovulation was from the 14th-20th

Idk what going on with my body but if y’all have any idea m please help a girl out..

I don’t feel bad or anything. I’m not cramping or in pain other than my stomach hurts from not really eating much the passed 2 days. & today I also got a Tdap shot that I needed to get enrolled for college.
