I am 36+1 and suddenly have absolutely TERRIBLE heartburn. It hurts 🥺 I feel like I’m going to throw up every two seconds but it’s like painful nausea since it’s in my throat. What is causing this? What can I do? I haven’t had heartburn my entire pregnancy until now and I don’t understand.
