Lots of pressure and pain

I am 32 weeks and 1 day. This is my second baby but I was induced and never got to experience any labor symptoms ( I was given an epidural at the beginning of induction). I have been having constant pressure and light pains at the bottom of my stomach/bump. It makes it hard to walk and I’m almost always uncomfortable unless I’m sitting/laying in a reclined position. I haven’t been able to sleep good and I’m also ALWAYS tired like dozing off all day tired. I wasn’t this miserable until the last couple of weeks with my first. Is this normal or should I call my doctor? I have an appointment on Friday so I’m trying to wait it out if I can.
