Supply increase?

Hi everyone! I am about 4 weeks pp now and I exclusively pump. When I first came home from the hospital (about 3-4 days pp) I started getting 4oz total(2oz each boob) and had a big freezer supply.
I now only get maybe 2oz TOTAL(1oz per boob) sometimes only 1.5oz. My baby boy is eating 3oz now so my freezer supply is pretty much gone. I have tried using electric pump, manual pump, lactation cookies, lactation drinks, drinking at least 4 16.9oz water bottles a day, pumping every 2-3 hours to increase my supply. Nothing seems to work. 
I really don’t want to stop pumping because I had such a HORRIBLE experience with formula with my 1 year old. Please help!!! Is there anything I can do? Or am I just not going to be able to feed my baby breastmilk💔

For me sleep and staying destressed was everything. I wouldn't make hardly anything if I got less than 4-5 hours of sleep and was stressed.
It's important to keep pumping through the night of course. But if you have to miss a single session and let someone else watch baby for that stretch it could help refresh you. You wouldn't want to do that all the time though of course. Sometimes we just need a little break. 
Also when your cycle starts back you will have times when your supply temporarily drops. Kinda early but possible.
Hydration is a big one too! You need to drink you want to put out, ON TOP OF the regular 8-10 glasses you need
Oh and if no one told you yet, you don't have to wash parts every time, you can refrigerate them and wash them once a day. Maybe you knew that! But gosh I learned that so late and it would have saved me a lot of trouble

My supply was really low at first also.  I tried the lactation products (cookies, brownies, supplements) and nothing helped but the past 2 week I’ve cleaned up my eating and added eating quick oats every morning and Gatorade at night for hydration and now I have to shut my pump off so my bottles don’t overflow.  
I know everyone is different but diet was key for my supply increasing.

Tried power pumping? This mimic cluster feeding. 
Changed the sealing membranes on your pump (s). 
Check the flange size, this may have changed over time. 
Try different settings on your pump, I got most when at medium suction and slow frequency. 
Massaging while pumping? 
Put a towel or something over the flanges and bottles so you don't see them while pumping - causes less stress over amount. 
Watch baby, or a movie/picture of baby while pumping.
