Labor close??

Question

Had my first daughter at 37 weeks exactly. Now I am 36+4 with my second. I got checked today at my appointment because I’m having contractions and she said I was soft and 3cm dilated. She said at this point to go to the hospital when contractions are 10 minutes apart for one hour. I don’t really feel the actual contractions I mainly feel the back pain and the back pain is getting more consistent now. How long do y’all think until labor starts?

Back labor can be tricky to time I’ve heard. Maybe call your hospital and ask to speak to someone in labor and delivery just to be prepared through the night. Did you have the same feeling with baby number 1?

They had me do an ultrasound cause I didn’t know my last period and I was 6weeks5days!!! I saw a heartbeat then and now I am scheduled to see my OB for the 1st time when I’m 8 weeks 5 days!! That is weird they aren’t asking you for your HCG! They wanted mine before getting an OB
