Trying to relactate

Looking for tips on trying to relactate. I tried to breastfeed when I first had my baby but she was really struggling to latch due to me having inverted nipples is what the doctors told me. Or she would latch but even when she would latch if my nipple slightly moved she would loose her grip on it so I started giving her formula because she wouldn't latch more than maybe a minute or two. I also tried pumping but it was hard because she would cry if I would put her down I've recently been trying to relactate I've been doing the power pumping method but I was trying to see what else worked for other moms who've gone through the relactation process.
