Really long Braxton Hicks?

I’m no stranger to BH since this is my fourth baby. But today I’ve been having BH contractions that tighten but then stay tight and last for more than 20 min a piece. Usually I get a lot of the ones that just tighten up and may be uncomfortable, but they aren’t timetable and maybe last in length between 30 sec to 2 min each. But these are lasting for long stretches without easing up. They don’t peak with pain so I don’t think it’s labor but it’s strange and uncomfortable. I’m hydrated and me sitting down or standing up doesn’t make them stop.

Any idea what it could be? Baby is moving fine.
