Hello ladies I’ve gotten my first

IUI today and I’m not sure if I ovulated today I do have PCOS and do not ovulated regularly according to Glow I Ovulated today and I’ve been feeling cramps and twings today what does this mean any advice ? I’m nervous and excited at the same time
