Help ASAP!😭Kinda long sorry

So my cupcake is 1 and she stay throwing up. examples she get real excited playing/jumping around she vomits , she eat all her food 20-30 mins later she vomits, she would even try to over eat when she already full which I don’t like she vomits only reason she over eat is cuz my parents don’t know how to tell her no every time she comes up to them while they eating 🤦🏽‍♀️ .. n every time she vomits she wanting to eat sum again which I tell her no n direct her attention to playing outside or toys.. I thought today was gone be a day without throwing up cuz we been out all day. I made her a lil breakfast then for lunch I got her nuggets for McDonald’s she ate 2 n vomit n still try to proceed to eat the other 2. For dinner I got her a lil protein shake cuz Ik she was going to vomit again so I didn’t want her to choke throwing up n it would come out smooth SHE STILL THREW UP!!.😭.. I’ve been taking her to the hospital and doctors literally every 2 weeks for the past 4 months n they said she perfectly fine. But I’m my heart something is wrong
