Slow rising HCG levels

So I’m approximately maybe 3-4 weeks pregnant, and today I woke up to some bleeding. Went to the hospital just to get things checked out as I have had a miscarriage before, and its come back that my cervix is closed, which is a good sign, there’s no fluid where there shouldn’t be, another good sign and I have had no more bleeding today thankfully, however I’ve got an ectropion on my cervix which is possibly the cause for the bleed, and my blood results have come back not exactly at the HCG level we wanted to see. I had a blood test 5 days ago and my HCG level was 410, today it’s 610, it’s needs to double every 48 hours so it should have been at nearly 2000. The hospital is booking me in for a scan, but I am just so insanely anxious right now,

Has anyone else ever had slow rising HCG levels and everything been fine?
