Could this be ectopic

I’m 5 weeks and 1 day I have started light brown spotting. It does not even show on a pad. I have had mild cramping on my right side but no shoulder or back pain. Has anyone else’s ectopic started like this? I am planning to see my Obgyn ASAP on Tuesday.
