Allergies worse while pregnant?

Anyone else’s allergies kicking their butts? I’m 14 weeks and I read something about congestion being worse while pregnant so I’m assuming allergies can be worse too? 
When my allergies kick in, I get an annoying cough and need to clear my throat often. It feels like it’s so much worse right now. I’m constantly having to clear my throat and I’m a little nervous taking too much allergy medicine. My throat is starting to feel irritated and I’m so uncomfortable!
Will be talking to my doctor about it at my next visit but am curious if anyone has experienced anything similar.

I get terrible pregnancy rhinitis, allergies or no. It also makes my skin more sensitive and I react to cheap jewelry I have no problems with otherwise

I had bad congestion during pregnancy (from my understanding it can be a symptom of pregnancy due to changes in your blood vessels, doesn’t necessarily need to be related to allergies). 
It’s the worst! Breathe right strips helped a lot at night.

My allergies have been terrible! Some morning I wake up gasping for air because my nose is completely plugged! Nasel spray has been saving me

I got dematitis with my second child and it stayed. I also got really d dust allergies with my third... but they went away after he was born

Definitely a thing! My MIL never had a problem with allergies until she was pregnant with her 3rd for some reason.
