Advice please!

So I’ve noticed recently that I have small bumps on the inside of my vulva and it’s causing me concern and I’m getting anxious along with me being paranoid. I go on google to look it up and it looks like warts or VP🤷🏾‍♀️😩

I’m afraid to know by my doctor(which I have to make an appointment for) but I’m scared to the truth to what they could and I’m already getting really paranoid by me doing research on google 😫🤦🏾‍♀️! I just want to stay calm and not go overreacting so much 😭😭😭😭😭
