Is it normal to have a blob looking ultrasound at 8 weeks?

I’m freaking out. I got my ultrasound done today and baby heartbeat is a 170 and they said things are okay, however I’m scared and keep freaking as to why my baby still looks that little and doesn’t look like a baby yet

Pretty normal. They're basically blobs at that point. Giant heads, little bodies, nubs for limbs. As time goes on they'll look more and more like a baby.

This was my 9 week scan. Completely normal. Babies don't really start looking like babies until around 12 or so weeks.
