My son got in trouble at day camp

I send my kids to this summer day camp every year. My son is 13 and autistic and he tends to say whatever is on his mind. He's been going for a few years so they know this. I got a call saying I had to pick my son up because he said something inappropriate.. You know what he said ... "My balls are itchy." And he said that to nurse or medical person they have at that camp. I asked how that was inappropriate. He went to the medical person with a problem. Their issue was they didn't like how he said it. This is a church day camp so what can I expect 🙄. But now he's suspended from camp for 3 days.
