Any advice...

On april my period was late i took a pregnancy test and came back positive but like at the 12th day i start bleeding so i thought maybe i just started my period on may my period came it wasnt that heavy as normal but it went away on the 4th day and later some days i start spotting and i bleed here and there theres no pain its not heavy bleeding sometimes i might have a little bit on my underwear but its mostly when i wipe has anyone gone through this?? My baby just turned 8 months and it was through c section
