Baby sensing things

My baby can be in a deep sleep then wake up wanting to play soon as my boyfriend comes over. Like she can be in the bedroom knocked out and we be in living room talking quiet and boom she woke it’s so weird she only does that when he comes over idk how stop this. He likes her and plays with her but literally every time she does this and she is normal an awesome sleeper at night. Goes down at 8 up around 7. Any tips on how to stop this
