JOB for my BF

Hi guys, please let me know your opinions.

So my Bf has been on the CRB and he has 3 more left we live together and he's been kind of trying to find a job and I've been helping him. It's super hard to finding one but I got 1 job that wants to interview him which is at Pandora. Now finally an interview has came up, he tells me he doesn't want it because he doesn't want to be in a room full of girls and its not his alley. Now i told him this isnt the time to be picky but he just doesnt seem to want to work, I'm stressed out because I cannot do it without his help, Im only a part time and in school. Should I just leave him alone with his Job thing? Or what :/ pleaae dont be rude now if I am wrong tho let me know we are 2 young couple who recently moved out of our parents.
