Apple cider vinegar pills and periods

Hi,

Has anyone’s period been impacted due to Apple cider vinegar pills? I’ve been taking them inconsistently for a few weeks. I noticed that was cramping about a week or almost two weeks before my missed period. I was supposed to get my period today but yesterday when I was using the bathroom and I wiped myself I saw some blood. I though oh okay my period came a day early (isn’t unusual) put a tampon in and went about my day. Well when i went to change my tampon it was super dry and still white. This isn’t normal for me because the first day of my period I am super heavy. So I decide okay I’ll just use a pad instead. All day yesterday I was dry. So now I’m confused where is my period. I woke this morning and still no bleeding. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Has anyone experience side effects with Apple cider vinegar pills? That’s the only thing I can think of.
