Help please. Baby is 3 months 4 months on the 17th, it said under 6 months ask doctor but I called the on call and it's like the line is dead. Can I use this on her?

I would not use any sunscreens on a baby under 6 months. I'd give them a hat, light, long sleeves and keep them in the shade as much as possible while making sure they stayed hydrated.

Tiny babies should be covered, in shade, etc. for sun protection.

Nope. Protective clothing and shade only for babies under 6 months.
I've also used that sunscreen before and it is kind of a pain to wash off after.
