Newborn poops

Hey everyone, my baby boy is 9 days old and hasn’t pooped since day 2. He is exclusively breastfed. He’s super content and farts all the time and pees regularly now (he was jaundice at birth and the bili light and some other circumstances made him very dehydrated at first so we just started having regular wet diapers 2 days ago). Anyway, the doctors say if he doesn’t poop by tomorrow they want to send him to a surgeon for further tests and a consultation. Today he’s had lots of stinky farts and some wet spots in the diaper that look like pee but are separate from the pee parts of his diaper. Are these just really loose poops? Any ideas/advice?
