Counseling for Medical Trauma

Has anyone seen an online counselor for trauma you experienced in the hospital? My doctors and nurses (for the most part) were great but there is a lot that happened in the 9 days I was there that I just need to talk through with someone, especially my daughters unexpected NICU stay and my inability to be with her due to me needing to have 52 hours of infusions. I often get very anxious and still have nightmares about her being taken from me. I have never done anything that would cause it to happen. I’m a teacher and my kids are my life. Still, I feel like maybe my feelings arent that valid when I see people posting about their babies being in the NICU and it’s life or death for their preemie. My daughter was full term but had sugar issues. They couldn’t control mine with diet or with insulin and I blame myself for her having to be in there and away from me. I would spend all my time there with her until I had to go back to labor and delivery for my infusions because I was told I was a stroke risk. I know she wasn’t fighting for her life but I was away from my newborn for over 36 hours while laying there listening to other women giving birth and hearing their babies crying. It was also in the middle of Covid (this past November) and the only person around me was my husband who was also the only person able to be with my daughter so I wanted him with her as much as he could be. I just don’t know who to talk to but realize 6 months later that typing this out shouldn’t still be making me cry like this. I also have a lot of anxiety over her health and I get really worried about her sugars...despite constant reassurance that she’s totally fine now and it wasn’t my fault...I just can’t let it go. Does anyone have a good online counselor? Is it possibly to have counseling covered by insurance? I have good, state benefits but I’m afraid to reach out to HR and ask about it.
