Marginal Cord insertion

At my 26 week appointment we discussed my anatomy scan which for the most part was great. She did however somewhat casually said I have a marginal cord insertion so she wants to schedule another ultrasound at 32 weeks to ensure she’s growing. I was really hoping for a vaginal delivery and the more I research this it sounds as if I’m a high risk pregnancy with likely to be C section. Has anyone had this condition and gone on to have a healthy baby? Also should I be on pelvic rest? Online says so but my midwife sounded as if she didn’t want to scare me so she downplayed the whole thing...
