Implantation bleeding or IUD removal spotting

I just had my IUD taken out beginning of May I bled for about 5 days and counted it as my period that month. Did the deed all through my ovulation week. This month on the 3rd and 4th I had what I thought was my period, but it only lasted two days. Light cramping only on the 3rd. Both days I used a R tampon and it didn't fill up either day. Nothing the 5th then super light pink spotting briefly the 6th and nothing today. I've never had an IUD removed, so I have no idea what to expect. I know it can be sporadic, but I'm wondering if it sounds like implantation bleeding or not? If not any tips on how to track your ovulation with random bleedings after IUD removal?
