Broken trust

My spouse and I had a mutual agreement to delete our tiktoks 6 months ago. Both of us were watching a lot of thirst traps and we both agreed it made us uncomfortable so we deleted it and promised not to do it again. My husband was in the pool today and I asked if I could send a picture he took of me and the kids to myself and he said yes so I went to the photos and clicked share and tiktok was the first option. He admitted he downloaded it again and was liking the videos we agreed not to watch anymore. I’m feeling betrayed. We promised to stop and I kept my promise and he didn’t. He had even hidden it from his Home Screen hoping I wouldn’t see it. He has a history of hiding things and lying and I’m just not sure how to move forward when our trust is broken yet again.

I would like to add that no this was not my idea🙄. He was more upset and insecure about my viewing than I was about his.
