When to go to triage

Knowing you’re a high risk pregnancy for preterm delivery, know you were 1cm two weeks ago, 27 weeks now and having lower back pain, some contractions/cramping, general discomfort but not like a level 10, would you go in? Better safe than sorry?

Yes I had the same problems as you and we've though my contractions were more Braxton Hicks level I was dilating. I would go.
