Right hemorrhagic ovarian cyst

Am currently 9dpo,was looking forward to get pregnant hopefully,hv been feeling all this signs

*sore and full breast

*extreme nausea without vomiting

*bloating

*pelvic pains

*Cravings

*sleeping every minute

Am a health worker,so with the pelvic pains,I decided to a pelvic scan only to found out that I hv right hemorrhagic ovarian cyst

NB;I hv never been diagnosed of cyst before,just less bleeding monthly period.

Someone told me early gestation sac can be mistakenly seen as cyst please has anyone experienced this before,I’m kinna worried

I did pregnancy test @ 7dpo and 8dpo and it was negative
