Hey guys , I woke up feeling weird

I’m sorry guys I tried not to make it so long lol

I was up at 3:30 to use the bathroom and i wasn’t able to sleep until 7 and just woke up not too long ago but last night around my belly button was tender to the touch, not inside just my skin and when I woke up my actual stomach inside has been sore and now the tender skin feeling has moved down to the right side of my belly button and near my hip line. When i slightly push on it it’s tender and I feel so exhausted and weak in a way also my nips are pretty sore today but I know that parts normal. I tried calling my doctor but the only thing I’m going in for today is to pee in a cup so he can confirm himself. I got an appointment at the maternity clinic on the 16th but when I told the receptionist at my doctors how I felt she said my doc is very busy with a patient who’s very sick and if I feel weirdness or soreness to go to emergency or just wait until she can get me in maybe tomorrow. When I called them and told them I was pregnant when I first found out almost a week ago she said I should go in and confirm because the at home tests can’t be accurate all the time, I took like 6 tests in two days to make sure, 4 tiny strip ones and two clear blues. Im wondering if I should go to emergency or just wait it out?
