Possible perforation (continued)

So approximately 2 weeks ago, an NP at a health dept potentially perforated my uterus. I couldn’t get seen for an ultrasound for a month (still haven’t been seen). I think she did, it was extremely painful when it occurred and subsequent symptoms confirmed it for me. I was hoping someone had some experience they can share with me. I’m having some symptoms now that I can’t explain and I don’t know if I should go to an urgent care or wait it out. Symptoms are: heavy abdominal cramping yesterday (i dismissed as poop pains, it wasn’t all day just the morning), underwear were wet this morning (but it was not urine), and just now a large brown blood clot. I am not due for a period for about a week and as a woman, yes I know what period blood looks like and this was different than anything I’ve experienced. I usually get old blood first in my periods but it isn’t actually brown. The thing is I’m not in pain right now. I’m not running a fever. I also don’t have a babysitter even if I was feeling super cautious. So I’m hoping someone can share their experience and bring me some peace of mind. Thank you! 💜
