Fertility post-cancer

Any post-cancer women who have fought/survived cancer became fertile and was able to get pregnant, without the help of freezing their eggs, or IVF? Everything happened so fast for me… I’m 31 and was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. My OBGYN said there’s still a possibility for me to get pregnant since I’m young. But I feel like with all the chemo I received and next radiation, my only option would probably consider IVF if I want to become pregnant or adopt… :( I’m really hoping to have at least one kid naturally with my fiancé in the next year or so…
