Only fans

My husband continues to subscribe and pay for stuff on only fans. He's made a fake email to do this without me finding out but I came across the email account when I was logging into my own as the fake account stayed open. I found a bunch of email receipts for only fans subscriptions. We've gone through this before and I told him that if I ever found out he was spending money on this stuff, I was done. We are currently trying for a baby and this makes me want to go back on birth control. What would you do? I haven't brought it up and don't even really have the energy to keep fighting about this anymore. What should I do?
