Re occurring yeast infection - HELP🥲

I ran into a nasty yeast infection after a bad aggressive sex experience( I used a condom all was safe he was just very rough on my girl) way back in December. I never have had such a horrible infection, I treated it thinking it was all good,to my mistake I didn’t treat it fully I missed the last two days of the suppository and continued on with my life. It came back a few weeks later and again I treated it fully this time. I start seeing someone new shortly after and to my surprise I started bleeding and burning after sex it wasn’t my period I had just gotten that. Freaked out I assumed I had some sort of Sti, I went in and got tested the next day. All came back clear except for yeast infection. So I get meds and continued on with my life but again and again it comes back not like it was for that horrible experience but just slightly there. Always a slight itch or burn while peeing. I’ve gone in probably 5 times to get it treated and all they do for me is give me an antibiotic. For about a month 1/2 it seemed like I was in the clear but still not back to my normal Ph. Well sure enough I get another one get meds I double up and take a suppository as well. Still does not go away fully!! I feel like giving up ladies PLEASE HELP ME what killed your re occurring yeast infection.
