Husband and I have noticed the trend picking up here in Canada and wanted some outsider opinions. 
We are thinking-
Halice Nowell Bruke

Pro tip don't name your baby because of a trend. Like of you love that name that's awesome. But if it's like you love it because it's on trend don't do it.

In the US it’s ridiculously popular for no good reason. No need to change spellings to hop on a trend. I feel bad for the kids that will have to forever correct people in life because they wanted to make a normal name “unique”

Prepare for a life of the name being misspelled and mispronounced. So if that doesn't bother you. Also your kid will never be able to go in a store and find there name on anything. I have a 3 1/2 year old who loves to do this. I heard a grown man (early 20s) complain his name was never on anything just last week while I was at an amusement park.

I’m sorry but I think Alice is perfectly fine the way it is, Halice is just weird and sounds odd

I’ve never heard of this trend and I’m not a fan. If you’re trying to honor a relative, why not Alice and then an H middle name? Or an H first name then Alice as the middle name?

Also from Canada, and from Newfoundland where are a part of the dialect some people drop their H’s on words that begin with H. 
ex: hamburger = amburger, earth = hearth
