Need help with food ideas 😠PLEASE
I’m 16 weeks pregnant and I don’t eat the healthiest. I have a REALLY hard time eating. I’m nauseous all day, every day so I barely eat already. When I’m able to eat, it’s fried foods, fruits/vegetables, and soups. Please give me advice on what to eat! I’m a very picky eater so I don’t eat many things. I hate avocados, cream cheese, bagels, raisins, jello, granola, guacamole, cottage cheese, oatmeal, etc. I’m also allergic to all nuts 😖 please share meals that you eat while pregnant, thanks!
