TMI diarrhea

Okay I’m so so sorry this is so gross but last night I had a sort of laxative tea, I usually have one about once a month when I’m feeling constipated. I usually have very “loose” poop in the morning when I wake up after I drink the tea and then I’m fine the rest of the day but I literally cannot stop going today, and I just went a minute ago and it was like completely liquid like peeing out of my butt. It’s never been this bad before could it be from the tea or something else? I’m sorry this is so gross lol but now I’m worried.
