TMI - White tongue
For a while I’ve had a white coating on my tongue that hasn’t gone away. I went to the dentist and he said there wasn’t anything wrong with it and that it could be from being dehydrated and/or drinking creamer. I stopped drinking coffee with creamer, I’ve been drinking a lot more water and I’ve been brushing my teeth/tongue twice a day when I used to do it just once. I also have tried different tongue brushes/scrapers but the white stuff never comes off at all. It’s been a month and it hasn’t gotten better and idk what to do. Does it look like it could be thrush? Or is there something else I should try?
