Gestational diabetes
Found out I have gestational diabetes (big thumbs down) on day 3 with monitoring sugar levels plus changing eating habits... I wake up and my blood sugar is above the range they want it to be (5.3) and mine is 6+ .. cannot eat so when I test again an hour later it's alot higher... Before bed it's below 5.3 which is good but in the mornings I'm doomed I guess ... any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!
