26 wks anxiety

So I'm nervous for my second d to arrive but then I'm scared for any preterm etc any one else scared of preterm even tho I have a long cervix as of 22 week 6 days .the anxiety make me have light headed and had worse gad pains when woke up today they went away but things like this scare me still as a 2nd time mom. Any one else have had mild cramps whole pregnancy on n off lower right side and was fine ? My doc says it is as I've had it so long and been checked 2 times since complaining of it around 11 weeks ...
