Herpes positive????

So I feel like I’m gonna die right now.
The specific days i guess it isn’t any of the 2 first herpes but the combo is higher than 11 which means I do have herpes??????

If I'm reading it right your thing is 0.2 for both types which means you're negative... If you're unsure though just call your doctor and get them to explain it

My understanding is that the top test is looking at a kind of antibody that typically shows early in the infection.  The bottom test is looking at a type of antibody that shows later and tends to hang around. You bottom results are negative, so  if you do have herpes, chances are it’s a new infection. Also, false positives are possible so this could be all that is. 
But either way it’s not a huge deal. The test is looking for type 1 and type 2. Type 1 is the kind that causes cold sores. Like 90% of the population has it. It’s so common at lot of doctors won’t even screen for it anymore and it’s pretty much harmless. Type two is the kind that is an STI. But it’s also really really common. There are treatments to keep the breakouts away and it definitely doesn’t mean you can’t have sex. Just let partners know. Unless you’re there first, they have a fairly high probability of already having it anyway. It’s THAT common. Your top test doesn’t differentiate, so you don’t even know which one it’s showing positive for. It’s going to be ok. This won’t ruin your life. Chances are it won’t even really change it much.

Hun herpes isn’t the end of the world and is fairly common. I have genital herpes and have sex, I also have a child and 1 on the way and neither of them have herpes. 
I guarantee most men do not care if you have herpes, I have let partners know and they didn’t care at all. It went like “just to let you know I have herpes but I’m not having any flare ups” “ok that’s cool” and we did our thing. 
Also if you take medication for it, it lessens outbreaks and the chances of you spreading it to your partner. 
You’ll be ok, trust me.

if 18.18 is the result you got then yes you do have herpes, this paper is hard to understand because there’s two diff numbers on here. you should call and ask what your results mean & no it doesn’t mean you can’t have sex with anyone it just means you have a virus for life that some ppl are ok with and others are not which is why you have to disclose your status to every partner so they can make an educated decision on whether or not they would still want to participate in sex. if you do have herpes you would have to tell each partner otherwise it is illegal not to tell them. to double check, i would call your doctors office.

Your results are negative. I think you're reading the reference range as your result. Your numbers are 0.2 which is far below anything positive.
But speak to your doctor for reassurance.
