I hate my new shoes!

So I finally got my shoes I've been waiting a long for from this site called wish and I'm pissed! I hate them and they're not what I wanted. Shoes look completely different from the photo that was shown. As I've ordered here before and before placing my order I always read the reviews before ordering and this is the first time I was really unhappy.

I don't like the buckle that goes across the shoe.
