13 month old son biting don’t know what to do!?

Hi everyone so my son is 13 months and has been biting and pushing his sister too many times 🤦🏻‍♀️ He also tries to bite me also when my daughter was 13 months she’s 2 now never had this type of behavior at all just him. He only does it cause he thinks it’s funny and laughs after he does it I told him no multiple times I put him in time out in his playpen for 10 minutes but he still keeps on doing it yes he’s teething so I replace it with teethers but he gets over it so randomly he also pulls her hair and tackles her down then tries to bite I always have to pull him away. I honestly can’t take it anymore I tried everything please tell me this will pass 😞
